It is a relative of the aquatic Stalker native to the Crater. Go under the natural ice bridge and use your Snowfox to dodge the same Snow Stalker from before as you turn to your left and go up the sloped path.
The antidote can be used to decontaminate the Frozen Leviathan by loading it into the injection machine found near the creature's head and then using the nearby screen. The Snow Stalker is a large terrestrial predator present in Subnautica: Below Zero. Turn left and follow the same frozen river path. It can be found in a Spy Pengling cave in the Glacial Basin, where it was hidden by Sam Ayou. The face portion of the body is a bright green and features two small blue eyes and a small, toothless mouth. The body is mostly blue in color, darker towards the top and gradually lightening to white towards the bottom. The Titan Holefish's body is mostly circular and laterally flattened. It lives in a symbiotic relationship with the Symbiote. The Antidote is an item that can be used to cure Kharaa. The Titan Holefish is a large fauna species.
